Glenn Grass

Keys and Vocals
Grandson of a New Orleans Dixieland Jazz musician and distant cousin of the
original Dukes of Dixieland, Glenn grew up on Sonny and Cher, Tony Orlando and Dawn and Barry Manilow. His first band was formed in the early 80's along with fellow Sticky Wigger, Stan, called the Rogues. The band was inspired by local acts making the scene at the time and formed a collage of New Wave, Punk, Rock, and of course Funk. They were regulars at Jimmy's Music Club, Andy Capps and Legendary Fat City dives like the Showboat. Glenn and Stan travelled with other up-and-coming bands that went nowhere. After a wonderful ride with the Rogues, Glenn went on to the "working band" circuit. But all the while he was writing, recording and creating music with other musicians. Glenn was reunited with Stan in 2001 to help record on a project that Stan had been working on with another former Rogue. After the CD was cut, they began to throw ideas around and began talking about putting together a Sticky, Nasty, Funky, Variety Show. The idea of a new funk/rock band was in the works until there was a slight flood in the City. After returning home 7 months later, Glenn and Stan reunited and fate brought them to "Sticky Wigdom", baby!!!
